Clear communication is essential. Our top priority is to take care of you. In order to do that in an efficient & cost-effective manner, we need to communicate directly with one project manager throughout the course of the project.

You’re not going to hurt our feelings.

Tell us the truth. If you don’t like something, we need to know. We cannot read minds. The more detailed and specific you can be, the better we will be able to respond.

We answer the phone as much as we can.

You matter to us. We recognize that your time is valuable and our goal is to be available to speak with you right away.

We are competitive.

And we are one of the best. We work with all needs and budgets. We keep a competitive hourly rate and bill “exact time” (which means per minute with a 15 minute minimum), unlike most companies that bill in 1-hour increments.

We are fast & we know what we are doing.

Don’t be fooled by cheaper rates out there. A project that takes a different company 4 hours to complete might only take us 2 because we are fast and we have experience that you can trust.
